BIOGRAPHY:
Reid Simpson is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. with the business litigation department. Reid’s commercial litigation practice includes a broad range of issues including litigating contract disputes, business torts, fraud, defending FDCPA and FRCA counterclaims, and employment defense. Reid understands that when you are running a business, your focus is on sustaining your company, so he focuses interactions on quickly and effectively providing you and your business the representation it deserves.
Reid came to the law after a long career in education, starting as a high-school physics teacher and ending as a public school administrator. This gives Reid unique experiences in maneuvering everything from governmental regulations to labor contracts on the push to accomplish goals. During law school, Reid worked as a clerk at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski and as an intern at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, under the Honorable Roy Richter.
Reid graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a concentration in Labor & Employment Law from the William C. Wefel Center for Employment Law. He served as the Lead Managing Editor of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law. Reid also received numerous honors including induction into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honors Society and selection to the Woolsack Honors Society at Saint Louis University Law School, winner of the Excellence in Journals award, and being selected by a nation publication, The National Jurist, as semi-finalist for Student of the Year for his collaboration with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis while still a law student.
